Can anybody be hypnotised?
Usually everyone can be hypnotised as long as they want to be. A hypnotherapist can not force you to go into hypnosis against your will. Hypnotherapy may not be appropriate for people with certain conditions or mental disabilities.

How long is a hypnotherapy session?
Therapy sessions last 60 to 90 minutes. The cost varies slightly depending on the treatment programme and length of session. Please enquire before making an appointment.

How many sessions will I need?
On average you would need to see the therapist 3-4 times. Depending on the individual case more or less sessions could be required. Hypnotherapy depends on your motivation and desire for improvement.

How often will I need to see the hypnotherapist?
This varies with the specifics of the problem and on the individual. There usually is one hypnotherapy session per week. However, in some cases you may see the hypnotherapist once a fortnight or even once a month.
